Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of "Titanto" LLC, represented by Mr. Dorner Viktor Ivanovich, located at 32 Razzakov Street, 720040 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, with EU VAT ID IT05704290286.
Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with "Titanto" LLC. By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by submitting the order.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros and include VAT. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as payment methods. Your account will be debited immediately after the order is completed.
Delivery
We deliver within the European Union and to Switzerland. Delivery time is usually 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
Cosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been removed after delivery. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Our cosmetic products are manufactured in Italy and tested in specialized laboratories in Ferrara. They comply with applicable European quality and safety standards.

Creating a customer account is voluntary. You can also place orders as a guest.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
